For an accurate delivery date based on the product you are ordering, please check your basket when you go to order. Below are the normal processing and delivery timeframes, though peak periods and holidays may occasionally cause slight delays.

5x7 inch and A4 posted in a flat, hardback envelope
A3 and A2 are posted as a rolled print, and instructions on how to flatten your print will be provided
Processing/Dispatch Times
Digital orders are completed 1-5 business days after purchase.
Printed non-personalised Orders are dispatched 1-3 business days after purchase.
Printed personalised orders are dispatched 3-5 business days after purchase.
There are a few more bespoke pieces on this website that can take me longer to draw and therefore have a longer lead time (bespoke full pet portrait, cats in flowers portrait and first dance print). The processing time on these orders are 1-2 weeks.
Shipping Times
We ship to a wide range of countries using a speedy and sustainable shipping option that dispatches to you as close as possible.
UK orders are carefully packed and shipped from my UK home office First Class (5x7 inch prints) or 48 Tracked (all other sized prints) and have a shipping time of 1-3 days after dispatch.
A2 prints and international orders are all tracked and have a shipping time of 3 -7 days after dispatch. For these orders I use a printing partner that prints and ships as close to you as possible so that you receive your product as quickly and as sustainably as possible.
What are the materials and dimensions of the items?
A5 - (14.8 x 21cm / 5.8 × 8.3 inches)
A4 - (21 x 29.7cm / 8.3 × 11.7 inches)
A3 - (29.7 x 42cm / 11.7 × 16.5 inches)
A2 - (42 x 59.4cm / 16.5in x 23.4 inches)
Printed on high quality premium 200-250GSM Matte Paper (paper weight can vary depending on the printing partner).

Do you sell digital versions of your products?
Unfortunately we do not sell digital copies of our non-personalised prints.
We do sell digital versions of our personalised products. Please select "digital" in the materials section when you go to order.
Digital file specs:
High Resolution 300dpi JPEG file for printable copy.
Digital file printing recommendations:
Digital files can be printed at home, by a local printers or using an online printing service.
We recommended to print at sizes A5, A4 or A3. We can make the file bigger or alter the dimensions on request.
We also recommend to print on a paper thickness of 200-250GSM. Whether you go for a matte or glossy finish is completely down to personal preference. We prefer a matte finish on our prints.

Do your products arrive framed?
Unfortunately we don't currently offer frames with our prints. The frames in our images are for display purposes only.
How do I send you photos for my print?
For personalised products that require sending me photos, there is an image upload box you can upload them to on the product listing before you add to basket.

Do I get to see a preview of my personalised print before it's dispatched?
Yes! We send previews of all personalised prints to the email you provide when purchasing 1-5 days after purchase.
Please keep an eye on your emails and remember to check your spam folder!
Please note, we give you a 48 hour time window to get back to us after we've sent your first preview. If we don't hear back from you in those 48 hours, then sadly no further amendments can be made to the order as we will go ahead with printing.
Can I request amends for personalised products?
Absolutely! We want to make your print perfect for you and if you have any alterations before or after we have sent you the preview, feel free to ask for as many as you like :)
Once the final design has been approved by you, then no further amendments can be made as we will go ahead with printing and sending the order.

Can I change the size and colours?
If you've already ordered a print and would like to change the size or colour you requested, please email prints.designedbyleanne@gmail.com as soon as possible and if the order hasn't already been printed we can change that for you.
If you see a print you like on the shop but would like it in a colour option not shown, please email prints.designedbyleanne@gmail.com to check we can make it before ordering.
Can I request a custom piece that's not on your website?
Yes, if you have any specific custom ideas that you don't see on the website but would like me to design, I'd love to hear from you!

Please don't worry, we will always sort out any issues you may have. Please contact us ASAP with your order number and name and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
Can I cancel my order?
We will accept cancellations if made within 24 hours after purchase, or before a first preview is sent (if the item is personalised).

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once your return has been received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
