This turned out so cute! I was lucky that two of the pre-designed cats look identical to my grandma's cats (it's a gift for her!) but I definitely would have been willing to pay the extra to have them customized. The design was sent to me quickly and communication was great. Really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend :)

I ordered an illustration for me after my beloved fury girl suddenly passed away a couple months ago, I had ordered one already last year for my mom after her dog had passed away, I had included a photo of her two previous dogs, I thought it was really nice and she loved it too. I enjoyed the illustration for myself this time, I had included a photo of my bunny who passed away a decade ago so that my two furry girls are forever together and as always, Leanne is very careful about details so that our beloved pets are correctly represented and she is always available for any changing before validation. That’s a lovely tribute I will cherish.
